MicroneedlingEpidermal Collagen Induction Therapy (ECIT)

Microneedling is based on ECIT, which stands for Epidermal Collagen Induction Therapy. ECIT involves a device that features extremely fine sterile needles that are gently and repeatedly pressed into the skin of the targeted area. This controlled puncturing of the skin's most uppermost layer allows your body to kickstart the skin restructuring process, creating fresh new skin cells to replace those that are lost.

In the time following your session, the skin undergoes a renewal process. As this occurs, your skin becomes more supple and elastic, like how it was in your youth.

We have found that the Eclipse MicroPen™ is the most effective device for micro needling. It allows our licensed and highly experienced medical aestheticians to accurately resolve the complexion issues that our patients have in a safe and timely manner.

Each session takes about half an hour.  Because the treatment is performed so gently, it is well tolerated by our patients and does not require anesthesia.

The improvement appears gradually in the weeks after your session, and you may notice that your skin continues to improve for months afterward!
